A SHARED LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE FOR TEAMS
WHEN ONE TEAM STRUGGLES, EVERONE FEELS IT
Disengagement doesn't stay contained. One disengaged employee can impact the speed, quality and quantity of work in cross-functional projects and every place your teams have to depend on each other. Most organizations try to solve this one employee or manager at a time. But when an entire layer of managers is operating from the same foundation, something different becomes possible. Not just better individual teams, but a shared way of working that makes the whole organization more effective.
That's what the 2-Day Intensive was built for. Managers don’t just learn concepts. They experience them. They explore their own identity, confront their own assumptions, and practice a new way of seeing the people on their teams. What shifts isn’t just their thinking. It’s how they feel about themselves as leaders, and about the people they lead.
And when managers share a common lens, a common language, and a common understanding of what it means to lead with identity, the impact doesn't stop at their immediate teams. It travels.
WHO THIS IS FOR
The 2-Day Intensive is designed for new and emerging managers: people who are new to people management, recently promoted, or leading a team for the first time. It works especially well as an offsite or retreat format for organizations that want their managers to share a common experience and a common language.
The intensive can accommodate an entire cohort of managers from the same department, up to 20 participants. Smaller groups go deeper.
WHAT WE COVER
The 2-Day Intensive covers the full Lead With Identity curriculum across three areas.
Identity. Who your people are, not just what they do. Participants explore their own values, strengths, and motivations, and learn how to bring that same curiosity to the people they lead. When leaders understand identity, they stop managing roles and start developing people.
Engagement. What creates real investment in work, and what quietly kills it. We look honestly at the fears that keep people from speaking up, taking risks, and bringing their full thinking to the table. Then we look at what leaders can do, specifically, to create the conditions where people want to stay and contribute.
Innovation. How to build a team environment where good ideas surface, survive, and get used. Participants leave with a concrete understanding of what gets in the way of innovation and what they can do about it.
Every concept is practiced live. There is no homework. The work happens in the room, together.
HOW IT WORKS
Before the two days begin, Asha connects with the HR or L&D lead to understand the team’s context and set expectations for the experience. The intensive is delivered virtually or in person.
If you’re looking for a longer engagement with more time for practice and reflection, the 6-week course may be the better fit. Ask about it on your call.
